What is the Book Buddies program?
Little Buddies (kids in Grades K-3), practice their reading skills by reading to their Big Buddies. Big Buddies will also read to their Little Buddies. Little Buddies get to grow a love of reading, practice their skills, and connect with teen big buddies.

We all meet together for the first 10 minutes or so of Book Buddies and play simple group games in Zoom. Buddies will have up to 40 minutes to read together in their own Breakout Rooms.

Teen volunteers in Grades 7-12 will be the Big Buddies. Teen volunteers in Grades 7-12. We will try to assign the same big and little buddies week to week.
